奎屯高砷地下水灌溉區(qū)居民頭發(fā)和指甲中砷含量研究

【摘要】:近十幾年來,奎屯墾區(qū)高砷地下水被廣泛用于農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉,會在一定程度上降低改水措施對防治砷地方病的效果。為了解高砷地下水灌溉對居民體內(nèi)砷累積的影響,選擇頭發(fā)和指甲作為評價指標,通過隨機采集樣品并用氫化物原子熒光光譜法測定樣品中總As及As(Ⅲ)質(zhì)量比的方式,對奎屯高砷地下水灌溉區(qū)居民砷污染健康影響現(xiàn)況進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,頭發(fā)樣品中總砷質(zhì)量比為0.20~1.47μg/g(n=37),其中As(Ⅲ)質(zhì)量比為0.06~0.67μg/g(n=32);51.35%的樣品中總砷質(zhì)量比高于衛(wèi)生部標準(0.60μg/g),18.92%高于中國居民頭發(fā)總砷正常值上限建議值(1.00μg/g),頭發(fā)總砷質(zhì)量比隨居民居住年限和年齡增大而增大。指甲樣品中總砷質(zhì)量比為0.08~0.35μg/g(n=13),且與頭發(fā)中總砷質(zhì)量比呈正相關(guān),當?shù)鼐用耋w內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)緩慢的As蓄積特征。改水30年后,奎屯墾區(qū)居民體內(nèi)仍存在較高的砷水平,高砷地下水灌溉造成的人體健康風險不容忽視。
