【摘要】：目的探討授權(quán)能力與社區(qū)老年糖尿病患者糖化血紅蛋白(HbA1c)的關(guān)系。方法采用便利抽樣入戶調(diào)查法,對(duì)滿足納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的社區(qū)老年糖尿病患者,應(yīng)用中文版糖尿病授權(quán)量表(CM-DES)進(jìn)行調(diào)查并測(cè)定HbA1c。結(jié)果社區(qū)老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平為4.7%~14.6%[平均(8.35±1.33)%]。授權(quán)能力總分為(56.43±6.79)分,授權(quán)能力處于高、中、低水平的患者分別占12.9%、69.4%、17.7%,HbA1c7.0%的社區(qū)老年糖尿病患者授權(quán)能力高于HbA1c≥7.0%患者(P0.05),且授權(quán)能力總分、自我決策、自我調(diào)整維度與社區(qū)老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論授權(quán)能力與社區(qū)老年糖尿病患者HbA1c平均水平密切相關(guān),可通過(guò)提高患者的授權(quán)能力降低患者的HbA1c平均水平,幫助患者提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between empowerment ability and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in elderly diabetic patients in community. Methods the elderly diabetic patients who met the inclusion criteria were investigated with the Chinese Diabetes Authorization scale (CM-DES) and the HbA1c. was measured by the convenient sampling method. Results the average level of HbA1c in elderly diabetic patients in community was 4. 7% [(8. 35 鹵1. 33)%]. The total score of the authorized ability was (56.43 鹵6.79). The patients with high, middle and low level of authorization accounted for 12.9%, 69.4% and 17.7, respectively.
