【摘要】：原發(fā)性干燥綜合征(pSS)和原發(fā)性膽汁性膽管炎(PBC)具有許多相似的特征,常于同一患者中共存。近年來(lái),環(huán)境及感染性因素在自身免疫性疾病發(fā)病機(jī)制中的重要作用得到越發(fā)深入的認(rèn)識(shí)。EB病毒、巨細(xì)胞病毒、大腸埃希菌、幽門螺旋桿菌等感染性因素可能通過(guò)激活干擾素(IFN)途徑和分子模擬途徑參與pSS和PBC的發(fā)病和對(duì)疾病進(jìn)程的影響,通過(guò)抑制病毒基因及相關(guān)抗原在機(jī)體內(nèi)的表達(dá)可能為治療提供新的策略。
[Abstract]:Primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS) and primary cholangitis (PBC) have many similar characteristics and often coexist in the same patient. In recent years, the important role of environmental and infectious factors in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases has been increasingly recognized. EB virus, cytomegalovirus, Escherichia coli, Infection factors such as Helicobacter pylori may be involved in the pathogenesis and progression of pSS and PBC by activating interferon (IFN) pathway and molecular mimic pathway. Inhibition of the expression of virus genes and associated antigens in the body may provide a new strategy for treatment.
