【摘要】：目的探討血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)與骨代謝相關(guān)指標(biāo)在女性原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松患者中的相關(guān)性。方法選擇老年女性原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松患者60例(骨質(zhì)疏松組)和健康志愿者60例(健康對(duì)照組)。對(duì)比觀察兩組VEGF和骨代謝相關(guān)指標(biāo)女包括骨堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)5b、轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子(TGF)-β1、骨鈣素(OC)和Ⅰ型膠原羧基末端肽(CTXⅠ)。結(jié)果與健康對(duì)照組比較,骨質(zhì)疏松組患者VEGF、ALP、TGF-β1、OC顯著降低(均P=0.000);TAP5b、CTX-Ⅰ顯著增高(P=0.000)。VEGF與TRAP5b、TGF-β1、OC和CTX-Ⅰ等均顯著相關(guān)(r值分別為-0.251、0.548、0.475和-0.429,P值分別為0.006、0.000和0.000和0.000)。結(jié)論 VEGF與骨代謝相關(guān)指標(biāo)明顯相關(guān),是女性原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松患者發(fā)病過程中的影響因素。
