【摘要】：正哮喘是一種常見的、慢性呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病,不同國(guó)家的發(fā)病率為1%~18%。哮喘以可變的癥狀如喘息、氣促、胸部緊迫感和/或咳嗽為特征,伴有可逆的氣流受限。癥狀和氣流受限均隨時(shí)間和強(qiáng)度改變。這些改變通常由鍛煉、過敏原和刺激因素、天氣改變或者病毒性呼吸道感染所誘發(fā)。1哮喘的定義哮喘是一種異質(zhì)性疾病,常以慢性氣道炎癥為特征;包含隨時(shí)間不斷變化和加劇的呼吸道癥狀如喘息、氣短、胸悶和咳嗽,同時(shí)具有可變性
