【摘要】：正抗凝血滅鼠藥主要靠破壞凝血機(jī)制滅鼠,目前使用的溴敵隆、溴鼠靈是第二代抗凝血滅鼠藥,和第一代抗凝血滅鼠藥相比,其生物半衰期和毒力更強(qiáng),導(dǎo)致在臨床比較常見(jiàn)的獲得性凝血功能障礙。于2007年1月至2015年6月期間共收治19例因抗凝血類滅鼠藥所致獲得性凝血功能障礙患者。1資料與方法1.1一般資料2007年1月至2015年6月共收治抗凝血類滅鼠藥所致獲得性凝血功能障礙患者19例,其
