【摘要】：目的:觀察口服十一酸睪酮膠丸聯(lián)合麒麟丸治療男性遲發(fā)性性腺功能減退癥(LOH)患者的臨床療效。方法:符合納入標準的63例LOH患者隨機分為對照組和試驗組,對照組口服十一酸睪酮膠丸,試驗組口服十一酸睪酮膠丸和麒麟丸。十一酸睪酮膠丸用法:80 mg/次,1次/d,連續(xù)服用3個月;麒麟丸用法:6 g/次,3次/d,連續(xù)服用3個月。比較組內和組間治療前后的IIEF-5評分、老年男性癥狀問卷(AMS)評分及血清總睪酮(TT)水平的變化。結果:兩組間各項數(shù)據無明顯差異(P0.05)。但治療后試驗組IIEF-5評分(21.7±5.8)分和TT值(16.7±2.2)nmol/L均顯著高于對照組(15.9±4.7)分和(13.1±2.8)nmol/L(P0.05);且AMS評分(20.7±5.7)分顯著低于對照組(31.3±6.5)分(P0.05)。結論:麒麟丸聯(lián)合十一酸睪酮膠丸治療LOH的療效比單用十一酸睪酮膠丸治療效果更顯著,且不增加不良反應發(fā)生率,有一定的臨床應用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of oral testosterone undecanoate pill combined with Kirin pill on male patients with delayed hypogonadism (LOH). Methods: 63 patients with LOH were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group took testosterone undecanoate pill, and the test group took testosterone undecanoate pill and Kirin pill. Testosterone undecanoate pill was used for 80 mg/ once a day for 3 months and Kirin pill for 6 g / d for 3 months. The changes of IIEF-5 score, (AMS) score and serum total testosterone (TT) level before and after treatment were compared. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). However, the IIEF-5 score (21.7 鹵5.8) and TT (16.7 鹵2.2) nmol/L in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group (15.9 鹵4.7) and (13.1 鹵2.8) nmol/L (P0.05). The AMS score (20.7 鹵5.7) was significantly lower than that in the control group (31.3 鹵6.5) (P0.05). Conclusion: Kirin pill combined with testosterone undecanoate pill is more effective than testosterone undecanoate pill alone in the treatment of LOH and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
