【摘要】：目的:探究?jī)?yōu)甲樂結(jié)合溫陽(yáng)益氣活血法及中醫(yī)輔助治療原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥的臨床價(jià)值。方法:選取醫(yī)院2013年5月—2016年5月收治的182例原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥患者作為研究對(duì)象,采取隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為觀察組(91例)和對(duì)照組(91例),對(duì)照組所有患者均予以優(yōu)甲樂治療,觀察組患者在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上采取溫陽(yáng)益氣活血法及中醫(yī)輔助治療,對(duì)比兩組療效、治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分及患者血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)、治療后兩組患者甲狀腺激素水平、血脂測(cè)定情況及血清甲狀腺相關(guān)抗體情況、不良反應(yīng)及治療滿意度。結(jié)果:觀察組患者治療總有效率高達(dá)100.00%,顯著高于對(duì)照組92.31%,P0.05;兩組治療前中醫(yī)證候積分相當(dāng),P0.05;治療后觀察組積分為(6.32±3.26)分,顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組積分(9.56±4.26)分,P0.05;觀察組患者治療后甲狀腺激素水平、血脂測(cè)定情況及血清甲狀腺相關(guān)抗體情況均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,P0.05;治療后兩組患者全血黏度與血漿黏度均降低,P0.05,兩組患者全血黏度與血漿黏度無(wú)差異,P0.05;兩組觀察組總不良反應(yīng)率為1.10%,與對(duì)照組相當(dāng)2.20%,P0.05,治療滿意率為98.90%,顯著高于對(duì)對(duì)照組90.11%,P0.05。結(jié)論:優(yōu)甲樂結(jié)合溫陽(yáng)益氣活血法及中醫(yī)輔助治療原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥具有極高臨床價(jià)值,治療效果佳,患者甲狀腺功能恢復(fù)好,不良反應(yīng)少,安全性高,患者高度認(rèn)可,可于臨床廣泛應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical value of treating primary hypothyroidism with the combination of Youjia Le, warming Yang and invigorating Qi and activating Blood Circulation. Methods: 182 patients with primary hypothyroidism from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n = 91) and control group (n = 91). All the patients in the control group were treated with Youjia Le, and the patients in the observation group were treated with warming yang, supplementing qi and activating blood circulation method and Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The curative effects of the two groups were compared, the TCM syndromes integral before and after treatment and the hemorheology index of patients were compared. After treatment, the levels of thyroid hormone, the determination of blood lipid and serum thyroid-related antibodies, adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was as high as 100.00g, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (92.31) and P0.05.The scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups before treatment were similar (P0.05). After treatment, the score of the observation group was (6.32 鹵3.26), which was significantly better than that of the control group (9.56 鹵4.26), P 0.05; The levels of thyroid hormone, serum lipids and serum thyroid-related antibodies in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups decreased, P0.05. there was no difference between the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups (P0.05). The total adverse reaction rate of the two groups was 1.10, which was equivalent to the control group (2.20g / P0.05). The therapeutic satisfaction rate was 98.90, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.11g / P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of primary hypothyroidism with the combination of warming yang, replenishing qi and activating blood circulation and Chinese medicine has high clinical value, good therapeutic effect, good recovery of thyroid function, less adverse reactions, high safety, and high recognition by patients with primary hypothyroidism. It can be widely used in clinic.
