【摘要】：正克氏綜合征(KS)是男性最常見的性染色體疾病。隨著我國二胎政策的開放,高齡產(chǎn)婦日趨增多,產(chǎn)前診斷水平的進(jìn)步,對(duì)合并KS胎兒的檢出率增加。因此,如何為該類父母做出臨床咨詢及評(píng)估具有重要意義。本文旨在對(duì)KS遺傳學(xué)背景、臨床表型、克氏患兒預(yù)后等方面做一綜述,為妊娠克氏胎兒的父母提供全面的臨床咨詢。1 KS流行病學(xué)情況KS是男性最常見的性染色體疾病,發(fā)病率約為1/500~1/800[1-6]。1942年,由KLINEFELTER首次報(bào)道了該類患
[Abstract]:(KS) is the most common sex chromosome disease in men. With the opening of the policy of second child in our country, the number of elderly women is increasing, the level of prenatal diagnosis is improving, and the detection rate of fetus with KS is increasing. Therefore, how to make clinical counseling and evaluation for this kind of parents is of great significance. The purpose of this article is to review the genetic background, clinical phenotype and prognosis of KS in order to provide comprehensive clinical counseling for the parents of pregnancy. 1 KS epidemiology KS is the most common sex chromosome disease in males.
