2型糖尿病口服降糖藥藥物基因組學(xué)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:T2DM是一種常見的慢性代謝疾病,其病因復(fù)雜,由環(huán)境因素和遺傳因素共同作用引起。目前,治療T2DM的口服降糖藥主要有雙胍類,磺脲類,TZDs,氯茴苯酸類等幾大類。已經(jīng)確定一些基因與T2DM的發(fā)展和治療效果有關(guān)。人類基因組中個體間的差異會影響T2DM發(fā)展趨勢和同一藥物療法的個性化反應(yīng)。藥物基因組學(xué)研究的重點是基因單核苷酸多態(tài)性及其對藥物療效和毒性的個性化反應(yīng)的影響。T2DM的藥物基因組學(xué)研究對于精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)以及個性化用藥的應(yīng)用具有重要的意義,改善糖尿病治療效果。本文對糖尿病治療藥物及其相關(guān)的基因多態(tài)性信息進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:T2DM is a common chronic metabolic disease, its etiology is complex, caused by environmental factors and genetic factors. At present, the main oral hypoglycemic drugs for T2DM include biguanidine, sulfonylurea, TZDs, chloranisole and so on. Some genes have been identified to be relevant to the development and therapeutic effects of T2DM. Individual differences in the human genome can influence the development trend of T2DM and the individualized response of the same drug therapy. The focus of pharmacogenomics is the single nucleotide polymorphism of gene and its influence on the individualized reaction of drug efficacy and toxicity. The pharmacogenomics research of T2DM is of great significance for the application of precision medicine and individualized medicine. To improve the effect of diabetes treatment. This article reviews the information of diabetes treatment drugs and related gene polymorphisms.
