【摘要】：脂質(zhì)蓄積指數(shù)(LAP)和內(nèi)臟脂肪指數(shù)(VAI)是學(xué)者在WC、BMI及血脂指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上提出的兩個新型體脂指數(shù),并發(fā)現(xiàn)它們與心血管疾病、MS、糖尿病、多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)、非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)等疾病相關(guān),但對于其能否取代傳統(tǒng)體脂指標(biāo)來預(yù)測疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展仍存在分歧。本文通過總結(jié)LAP和VAI自提出以來的相關(guān)研究,旨在為進(jìn)一步研究其在臨床相關(guān)疾病的預(yù)測和診療上的作用提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Lipid accumulation index (LAP) and visceral fat index (VAI) are two new body fat indexes proposed by scholars on the basis of WC,BMI and lipid index, and they are associated with cardiovascular disease, MS, diabetes mellitus. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS),) is associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), but there are still differences on whether it can replace the traditional body fat index to predict the occurrence and development of the disease. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new idea for further study on the prediction and diagnosis and treatment of clinically-related diseases by summarizing the relevant studies of LAP and VAI since they were put forward.
