【摘要】：肥胖可導致男性生殖功能下降,表現(xiàn)為精子數(shù)量和精液質(zhì)量下降、附睪中精子運動功能下降。其發(fā)生機制包括肥胖影響性激素分泌、促進生精細胞凋亡、促進氧化應激和導致生殖細胞表觀遺傳學改變。
[Abstract]:Obesity can lead to the decrease of male reproductive function, which is manifested by the decrease of sperm quantity and semen quality, and the decrease of sperm motility in epididymis. The mechanisms include obesity affecting the secretion of sex hormones, promoting the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells, promoting oxidative stress and leading to epigenetic changes of germ cells.
