【摘要】：肥胖可導(dǎo)致男性生殖功能下降,表現(xiàn)為精子數(shù)量和精液質(zhì)量下降、附睪中精子運(yùn)動(dòng)功能下降。其發(fā)生機(jī)制包括肥胖影響性激素分泌、促進(jìn)生精細(xì)胞凋亡、促進(jìn)氧化應(yīng)激和導(dǎo)致生殖細(xì)胞表觀遺傳學(xué)改變。
[Abstract]:Obesity can lead to the decrease of male reproductive function, which is manifested by the decrease of sperm quantity and semen quality, and the decrease of sperm motility in epididymis. The mechanisms include obesity affecting the secretion of sex hormones, promoting the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells, promoting oxidative stress and leading to epigenetic changes of germ cells.
