【摘要】：近年來(lái)糖尿病發(fā)病率逐年增加,研究如何控制和預(yù)防糖尿病成為世界性課題。傳統(tǒng)的治療方法不僅不能從根本上解決高血糖也不能有效地控制糖尿病并發(fā)癥。胰島移植技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)為臨床治療糖尿病提供了新的途徑,但是胰島數(shù)量的不足和胰島移植出現(xiàn)的免疫排斥反應(yīng)制約了胰島移植技術(shù)的發(fā)展。因此,通過(guò)自體胰腺干細(xì)胞分化修復(fù)胰腺組織從而達(dá)到平穩(wěn)血糖和控制糖尿病并發(fā)癥成為一種新的技術(shù)手段。論文綜述胰腺胚胎發(fā)育調(diào)控機(jī)制、胰腺干細(xì)胞的定位及體外誘導(dǎo)分化方法等方面的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of diabetes is increasing year by year, so how to control and prevent diabetes has become a worldwide topic. Traditional treatment not only can not solve the problem of hyperglycemia, but also can not effectively control the complications of diabetes. The appearance of islet transplantation provides a new approach for the clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus. However, the development of islet transplantation technology is restricted by the shortage of islet number and the immune rejection of islet transplantation. Therefore, autogenous pancreatic stem cell differentiation and repair of pancreatic tissue to achieve stable blood glucose and control of diabetic complications has become a new technology. In this paper, the mechanism of pancreatic embryonic development, the localization of pancreatic stem cells and the methods of inducing differentiation in vitro are reviewed.
