臨床醫(yī)師對痛風的認知現(xiàn)狀分析

【摘要】:目的了解不同級別、不同科室的臨床醫(yī)師對痛風的認知現(xiàn)狀。方法采取現(xiàn)場填寫問卷的方法,調查不同醫(yī)院、不同科室臨床醫(yī)師對痛風的危害和防治等方面的認知情況,分析其形成原因。結果 402名臨床醫(yī)師中,知道根據(jù)關節(jié)炎特點診斷痛風的占16.9%,誤認為根據(jù)尿酸水平診斷痛風的占83.1%;誤認為痛風發(fā)作時血尿酸水平一定會升高的占49.0%,僅10.0%的臨床醫(yī)師知道間歇期血尿酸升高;誤認為急性發(fā)作時要用降尿酸藥的占78.1%。在對痛風飲食的認知中,知道不宜飲酒的占82.1%,知道不宜食用肉湯的占52.7%,知道不宜食用豬肝的占20.1%。在對痛風危害的認知中,知道可引起腎損害的占84.8%,知道可并發(fā)高血壓的占48.0%,知道可并發(fā)糖尿病的占37.6%。結論臨床醫(yī)師對痛風的認識存在許多誤區(qū),應加強對臨床醫(yī)師的培訓,糾正其對痛風的錯誤認識。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognition of gout among clinicians of different grades and departments. Methods by filling out the questionnaire on the spot, the authors investigated the cognition of the harm and prevention of gout among the clinicians in different hospitals and departments, and analyzed the causes of its formation. Results among 402 clinicians, Only 10.0% of clinicians knew that gout was diagnosed according to the characteristics of arthritis in 16.9 cases, 83.1% in patients with gout according to uric acid level, only 10.0% of clinicians knew that uric acid level in patients with gout would increase during intermittent period. Those who mistakenly thought that antiuric acid should be used during acute attack accounted for 78. 1%. In the cognition of gout diet, 82.1% knew that it was not suitable for drinking, 52.7% knew that broth was not suitable for consumption, and 20.1% knew that it was not suitable for eating pig liver. In the cognition of the harm of gout, 84.8% of them know that they can cause kidney damage, 48.0% know that they can be complicated with hypertension, 37.6% know that they can be complicated with diabetes. Conclusion there are many misunderstandings in the understanding of gout by clinicians, so we should strengthen the training of clinicians and correct their misunderstandings of gout.
