【摘要】：患者男,28歲,主因"體重下降3年,發(fā)現(xiàn)血糖高伴性功能障礙1年"于2016年3月29日就診入院。1年前因"龜頭炎"就診時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)血糖高,診斷為糖尿病,目前口服二甲雙胍控制血糖。入院查體:身材瘦長,體重86.5 kg,身高185 cm,指尖距182.8 cm,皮膚白凈細(xì)膩,無胡須,喉結(jié)不明顯,陰毛腋毛稀疏,乳房發(fā)育,陰莖短小;兩次精液常規(guī)檢查均無法獲得標(biāo)本;彩超提示雙側(cè)睪丸體積偏小;化驗(yàn)檢查促性腺激素高于正常而睪酮低于正常;染色體核型47XXY,診斷Klinefelter綜合征(KS)合并T2DM。
[Abstract]:The patient, 28 years old, was admitted to hospital on March 29, 2016 because of "3 years of weight loss, 1 year of hyperglycemia and sexual dysfunction." he was diagnosed with diabetes a year ago because of "tortoise inflammation." Metformin is currently administered orally to control blood sugar. Admission examination: thin stature, weight 86.5 kg, height 185 cm, fingertip distance 182.8 cm, skin white delicate, no beard, laryngeal node is not obvious, pubic axillary hair sparse, breast development, penis short, two semen routine examination can not obtain the specimen; Color Doppler ultrasound showed that the testis of both sides were small, gonadotropin was higher than normal, testosterone was lower than normal, and chromosome karyotype was 47XXY. the diagnosis of (KS) with T2DM in Klinefelter syndrome.
