【摘要】：目的探討山西大同煤礦集團(tuán)男性工人體力活動(dòng)度對(duì)血脂異常的影響。方法采用兩階段整群分層抽樣方法抽取大同煤礦共3 656名男性礦工進(jìn)行調(diào)查。血脂異常的診斷依據(jù)中國(guó)成人血脂異常防治指南,并分為四種情況。體力活動(dòng)度的評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù)國(guó)際體力活動(dòng)問卷處理指南的要求分為低、中、高三水平。結(jié)果在男性煤礦工人中,體力活動(dòng)低、中、高三水平所占比例分別為17.65%、15.18%和67.17%。在控制了混雜因素(年齡、體質(zhì)指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)、腰臀比、吸煙情況、飲酒情況等)的情況下,與低體力活動(dòng)水平相比,高體力活動(dòng)水平與高甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)水平(OR=0.72,95%CI:0.58~0.90)、低高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDLC)水平(OR=0.68,95%CI:0.55~0.84)、高低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)水平(OR=0.68,95%CI:0.55~0.85)、血脂異常A(OR=0.68,95%CI:0.55~0.84)、血脂異常B(OR=0.67,95%CI:0.54~0.84)、血脂異常D(OR=0.44,95%CI:0.20~0.97)均有關(guān)聯(lián)(均有P0.05),而中體力活動(dòng)水平與血脂異常的發(fā)生關(guān)聯(lián)均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均有P0.05)。結(jié)論研究結(jié)果表明,適當(dāng)高強(qiáng)度的體力活動(dòng)是男性煤礦工人血脂異常的保護(hù)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of male workers' physical activity on dyslipidemia in Datong Coal Mine Group of Shanxi Province. Methods A total of 3 656 male miners in Datong Coal Mine were investigated by two stage cluster stratified sampling. The diagnosis of dyslipidemia is based on the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in Chinese adults. The evaluation of physical activity is divided into low, middle and high levels according to the requirements of the international manual activity questionnaire processing guidelines. Results among male coal miners, the proportion of physical activity was low, the proportion of middle and high grade 3 was 17.65% and 67.17% respectively.
