【摘要】：髓系抑制細(xì)胞(Myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSC)是具有抑制功能的髓系來源的細(xì)胞群。在自身免疫疾病中,MDSC顯著增多,并在體外有抑制功能,然而在體內(nèi)研究中,MDSC的研究存在爭(zhēng)議。最新研究發(fā)現(xiàn)具有抑制功能的MDSC的顯著增多并不能有效緩解自身免疫疾病,而且在某些情況下甚至促進(jìn)疾病的進(jìn)展。因此,MDSC在自身免疫疾病的作用有待進(jìn)一步研究。本文根據(jù)已有文獻(xiàn),綜述了MDSC在不同的自身免疫疾病中的改變及機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Myeloid inhibitory cells (Myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSC) are a group of myeloid cells with inhibitory function. MDSC is significantly increased in autoimmune diseases and has inhibitory function in vitro. However, the study of MDSC in vivo is controversial. Recent studies have found that a significant increase in inhibitory MDSC can not effectively alleviate autoimmune diseases, and in some cases even promote the progression of the disease. Therefore, the role of MDSC in autoimmune diseases needs further study. This paper reviews the changes and mechanisms of MDSC in different autoimmune diseases.
