【摘要】：規(guī)律簇集間斷的短回文重復(fù)序列及其相關(guān)核酸酶9(CRISPR/Cas9)系統(tǒng)是一種新型的基因編輯工具,可同時研究多個基因的功能及相互關(guān)系,已在多種疾病中顯示出巨大的潛在價值。與其他基因編輯技術(shù),如鋅指核酸酶(ZFNs)和轉(zhuǎn)錄激活樣核酸酶(TALENs)相比,CRISPR/Cas9更簡單、高效。隨著CRISPR/Cas9系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,在糖尿病領(lǐng)域有不少相關(guān)研究出現(xiàn)。本文從基礎(chǔ)到臨床對CRISPR/Cas9在糖尿病領(lǐng)域的研究進展作文獻回顧,期待為相關(guān)人員提供參考。
[Abstract]:The regularly clustered short palindrome repeat sequence and its associated nuclease 9 (CRISPR/Cas9) system is a novel gene editing tool, which can simultaneously study the functions and relationships of multiple genes, and has shown great potential value in many diseases. Compared with other gene editing techniques, such as zinc finger nuclease (ZFNs) and transcription-activated nuclease (TALENs), CRISPR-Cas9 is simpler and more efficient. With the wide application of CRISPR/Cas9 system technology, there are many related studies in the field of diabetes mellitus. This article reviews the research progress of CRISPR/Cas9 in diabetes mellitus from basic to clinical, and looks forward to providing reference for related personnel.
