益生菌對糖尿病干預作用的研究進展

【摘要】:糖尿病是一種多因素引起的慢性代謝性疾病,高發(fā)病率、致殘率及致死率使其成為21世紀威脅人類健康的主要疾病之一。研究表明腸道菌群與糖尿病的形成發(fā)展密切相關,腸道菌群失調(diào)可導致腸道通透性增加、系統(tǒng)性炎癥及氧化應激反應,從而促進糖尿病的形成與發(fā)展。然而,益生菌可通過調(diào)節(jié)宿主腸道菌群、降低氧化應激及平衡免疫功能,從而對糖尿病產(chǎn)生干預作用。本文主要圍繞糖尿病人腸道菌群特點以及益生菌對糖尿病的干預作用進行綜述,以期為糖尿病的相關研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Diabetes mellitus is a kind of chronic metabolic disease caused by many factors. Its high incidence, disability rate and mortality make it one of the major diseases threatening human health in the 21st century. The study shows that intestinal flora is closely related to the formation and development of diabetes mellitus. Intestinal dysbacteriosis can lead to increased intestinal permeability, systemic inflammation and oxidative stress, thus promoting the formation and development of diabetes mellitus. However, probiotics can interfere with diabetes by regulating intestinal flora, reducing oxidative stress and balancing immune function. In this paper, the characteristics of intestinal flora and the intervention of probiotics on diabetes mellitus were reviewed in order to provide reference for the study of diabetes mellitus.
