絕經(jīng)后婦女血清激素受體共激活因子3與骨密度、骨轉(zhuǎn)換水平的相關(guān)性(英文)

【摘要】:背景:激素受體共激活因子3屬于類固醇激素核受體超家族成員,可通過調(diào)節(jié)雌激素受體活性促進(jìn)人成骨細(xì)胞增殖和分化。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)高加索男性激素受體共激活因子3等位基因突變與腰椎骨密度的變化密切相關(guān)。而在絕經(jīng)后婦女中激素受體共激活因子3是否與骨密度相關(guān)尚不清楚。目的:檢測絕經(jīng)后婦女血清激素受體共激活因子3水平及其與骨密度和骨轉(zhuǎn)換水平的關(guān)系。方法:檢測55名絕經(jīng)后婦女和35例健康體檢者的血清中激素受體共激活因子3、25羥維生素D、骨鈣素和骨轉(zhuǎn)換標(biāo)志物Ⅰ型原膠原N-端前肽、β-膠原特殊序列水平,同時以雙能X射線骨密度儀測量L_(1-4)及股骨頸骨密度。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松組血清激素受體共激活因子3水平明顯低于健康對照組,血清激素受體共激活因子3水平與腰椎骨密度呈正相關(guān),與Ⅰ型原膠原N-端前肽和骨鈣素水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)。說明低血清激素受體共激活因子3水平可能參與絕經(jīng)型骨質(zhì)疏松癥的病理過程,且可能調(diào)控骨轉(zhuǎn)換水平。
[Abstract]:Background: hormone receptor coactivator 3 is a member of the steroid hormone nuclear receptor superfamily, which can promote the proliferation and differentiation of human osteoblasts by regulating the activity of estrogen receptor. It was found that the mutation of coactivator 3 allele in Caucasian male hormone receptor was closely related to the change of lumbar bone mineral density (BMD). It is not clear whether hormone receptor coactivator 3 is associated with bone mineral density in postmenopausal women. Aim: to detect the level of serum hormone receptor coactivator 3 and its relationship with bone mineral density and bone turnover in postmenopausal women. Methods: the serum levels of hormone receptor coactivator 3F25 hydroxyvitamin D, osteocalcin and osteoconversion marker type I procollagen N-terminal prepeptide, 尾 -collagen were measured in 55 postmenopausal women and 35 healthy controls. Bone mineral density of L _ (1-4) and femoral neck were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Results and conclusion: the level of serum hormone receptor coactivator 3 in postmenopausal osteoporosis group was significantly lower than that in healthy control group, and the serum hormone receptor coactivator 3 level was positively correlated with lumbar bone mineral density. There was a negative correlation between N-terminal prepeptide and osteocalcin levels of procollagen type 1. These results suggest that the low serum hormone receptor coactivator 3 level may be involved in the pathological process of menopausal osteoporosis and may regulate the level of bone turnover.
