系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患者FAS和FASLG mRNA的表達及其與臨床特征的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患者FAS和FAS配體基因(FAS ligand,FASLG)m RNA的表達情況,及其與系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡臨床特征的關(guān)系。方法選取2015年1月-2015年12月于吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院風濕免疫科診斷為系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患者47例作為系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡組,健康者47例作為對照組,系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡組又分為活動性系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡組和非活動性系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡組。觀察各組FAS和FASLG m RNA的表達,以及FAS和FASLG m RNA的表達與系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患者臨床特點的關(guān)系。結(jié)果系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡組FAS m RNA相對表達量高于對照組(P0.05),活動期系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡組FAS m RNA相對表達量高于非活動期系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡組(P0.05)。FASLG m RNA相對表達量在各組之間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡有發(fā)熱和無發(fā)熱者FAS m RNA表達差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);有面部紅斑和無面部紅斑者FAS和FASLG m RNA表達差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);有皮疹和無皮疹者FASLG m RNA表達差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患者外周血單核細胞中FAS m RNA水平升高,且與疾病活動期有關(guān),系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患者的部分臨床特點與FAS和FASLG m RNA的表達有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of FAS and FAS ligand gene (FAS ligand,FASLG) m RNA) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and its relationship with the clinical features of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods from January 2015 to December 2015, 47 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 47 healthy subjects (control group) were selected from the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, first Hospital of Jilin University, as the group of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Systemic lupus erythematosus group was divided into active systemic lupus erythematosus group and inactive systemic lupus erythematosus group. The expression of FAS and FASLG m RNA, the expression of FAS and FASLG m RNA and the clinical characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus were observed. Results the relative expression of FAS m RNA in systemic lupus erythematosus group was higher than that in control group (P0.05). The relative expression of FAS m RNA in active systemic lupus erythematosus group was higher than that in inactive systemic lupus erythematosus group (P0.05). The difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). There were significant differences in FAS m RNA expression between patients with and without fever in systemic lupus erythematosus (P0.05), FAS and FASLG m RNA expression in patients with and without facial erythema (P0.05), and FASLG m RNA expression in patients with and without skin rash (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the level of FAS m RNA in peripheral blood monocytes is increased in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and it is related to the active stage of disease. Some clinical features of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus are related to the expression of FAS and FASLG m RNA.
