【摘要】：超重和肥胖是影響現(xiàn)代人健康的一個(gè)重要因素。高脂高糖飲食和不健康的生活習(xí)慣是導(dǎo)致成人肥胖的主要原因,而近年來(lái)許多研究提示母代肥胖及相關(guān)的代謝紊亂也會(huì)影響其子代,提高子代罹患肥胖、糖尿病、哮喘,心血管等疾病的概率。本綜述總結(jié)了這一過(guò)程發(fā)生的相關(guān)機(jī)制,包括一氧化碳(nitric oxide,NO)和前列腺素途徑、高血糖癥和胰島素抵抗、活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROC)的產(chǎn)生、脂毒性以及瘦素對(duì)下丘腦攝食中樞的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Overweight and obesity are important factors affecting the health of modern people. A high-fat, high-sugar diet and unhealthy lifestyle are the main causes of adult obesity, and in recent years, many studies have shown that maternal obesity and related metabolic disorders can also affect their offspring, increasing the incidence of obesity, diabetes, asthma, The probability of cardiovascular disease. This review summarizes the mechanisms involved in this process, including carbon monoxide (nitric oxide,NO) and prostaglandin pathways, hyperglycemia and insulin resistance, reactive oxygen species (reactive oxygen species,ROC) production, lipotoxicity, and the regulation of leptin on hypothalamic feeding centers.
