【摘要】：目的了解烏魯木齊市(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)烏市)艾滋病病毒(HIV)陰性男男性行為者(MSM)的心理及實(shí)際性行為,與HIV風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知間的關(guān)聯(lián)。方法采用"滾雪球"的方法,招募MSM中的HIV陰性人群,填寫(xiě)問(wèn)卷,包括一般人口學(xué)特征、焦慮抑郁心理、性行為及HIV風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知等。結(jié)果共納入527名MSM,自我HIV風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知以及周?chē)L(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知較高者分別占85.6%和73.8%。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知與文化程度、月收入以及是否進(jìn)行過(guò)艾滋病咨詢檢測(cè)有關(guān)。HIV風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的多因素Logistic回歸分析示:文化程度大專(zhuān)及以上[比值比(OR)=2.14,95%可信區(qū)間(CI):1.37~3.34]、有焦慮癥狀(OR=2.13,95%CI:1.02~4.45)與周?chē)鶫IV風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知較高有關(guān);月收入≥3 000(OR=1.97,95%CI:1.16~3.32)與自我感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高有關(guān)。未發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)體實(shí)際性行為與HIV風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知間之間的關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)論烏市HIV陰性MSM個(gè)體心理對(duì)艾滋病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知有一定的影響,值得注意的是,該人群忽視實(shí)際性行為對(duì)HIV感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響,因而針對(duì)其容易發(fā)生高危性行為的特征進(jìn)行干預(yù),是將來(lái)工作中需加強(qiáng)的方面。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between (MSM) psychological and actual sexual behaviors and HIV risk perception in HIV-negative men who have sex with men in Urumqi. Methods the method of "snowball" was used to recruit HIV negative population in MSM and fill out questionnaires, including general demographic characteristics, anxiety and depression, sexual behavior and HIV risk perception.
