【摘要】：目的了解毒性彌漫性甲狀腺腫患者(Graves病)生存質(zhì)量和影響因素,為Graves病患者的防治與治療提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法選取Graves病患者107例作為病例組,同時(shí)選取同期107例健康體檢者作為對(duì)照組,測(cè)評(píng)工具采用流行病學(xué)調(diào)查問卷、SF-36和臨床檢測(cè)儀器,收集到的數(shù)據(jù)資料采用SPSS13.0進(jìn)行處理。結(jié)果單因素分析結(jié)果顯示,Graves病患者生存質(zhì)量各維度分值均顯著低于正常對(duì)照組,尤其心理方面較為顯著。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,Graves病患者生存質(zhì)量的多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)中,只有是否接受過(guò)甲狀腺相關(guān)疾病的健康教育是影響患者生存質(zhì)量的因素,健康教育對(duì)患者的一般心理健康MH(抑郁、焦慮癥等)有正面影響。按性別分組后發(fā)現(xiàn),是否初診、婚姻狀況和健康教育對(duì)女性Graves病患者的生存質(zhì)量有影響;健康教育、病程和甲狀腺腫大情況對(duì)男性Graves病患者的生存質(zhì)量有影響。結(jié)論 Graves病病例組生存質(zhì)量明顯低于正常對(duì)照組;影響Graves病患者生存質(zhì)量的因素有婚姻狀況、病程、是否初診、甲狀腺腫情況和是否接受健康教育等有關(guān);健康教育是防治甲狀腺疾病的重要措施,醫(yī)護(hù)人員在治療Graves病患者時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)患者的健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the quality of life (QOL) and influencing factors in patients with toxic diffuse goiter (Graves disease), and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of Graves disease. Methods 107 patients with Graves disease were selected as the case group and 107 healthy persons as the control group. The data collected were processed by SPSS13.0 with an epidemiological questionnaire (SF-36) and a clinical instrument. Results the results of univariate analysis showed that the scores of quality of life in patients with Graves' disease were significantly lower than those in normal controls, especially in psychological aspects. The results of multivariate analysis showed that among the multiple indicators of quality of life of patients with Graves' disease, only if they received health education of thyroid related diseases was the factor that affected the quality of life of patients, and health education had an impact on the patients' general mental health MH (depression, depression and depression). Anxiety disorder, etc.) has a positive effect. It was found that marital status and health education had an effect on the quality of life of female patients with Graves disease, and health education, course of disease and goitre had an effect on the quality of life of male patients with Graves disease. Conclusion the quality of life in patients with Graves disease is significantly lower than that in normal controls, and the factors influencing the quality of life of patients with Graves disease are marital status, course of disease, first visit, goiter and health education. Health education is an important measure to prevent and cure thyroid diseases. Health education should be strengthened in the treatment of patients with Graves disease.
