2型糖尿病患者白蛋白尿水平與血清總膽汁酸濃度的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的研究2型糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿水平與血清總膽汁酸(TBA)濃度的關(guān)系。方法選取2型糖尿病患者186例,將其分為正常白蛋白尿組(A),微量白蛋白尿組(B),大量白蛋白尿組(C)。觀察3個分組中2型糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿水平與TBA濃度的關(guān)系。并探究2型糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿水平與年齡、體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)、空腹葡萄糖(FPG)、糖化血紅蛋白(HbA_(1C))、血脂指標(biāo)、甲狀腺功能相關(guān)指標(biāo)等方面的差異。結(jié)果 3組患者TBA的濃度有顯著差異(P0.05)。3組患者中,白蛋白尿水平與高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(TT3)水平有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。2型糖尿病患者白蛋白尿水平與TBA有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論在2型糖尿病患者中,隨著白蛋白尿的增加,TBA濃度逐漸下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between microalbuminuria and serum total bile acid (TBA) concentration in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 186 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into normal albuminuria group, (A), microalbuminuria group, (B), macroalbuminuria group (C). To observe the relationship between microalbuminuria and TBA concentration in 3 groups of type 2 diabetic patients. The differences of microalbuminuria level and age, fasting glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C),) and thyroid function in type 2 diabetic patients were investigated. Results there was significant difference in the concentration of TBA among the three groups (P0.05). In the three groups, the level of albuminuria was significantly different from that of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and triiodothyronine (TT3) (P0.05). There was a correlation between the level of albuminuria and TBA in type 2 diabetes mellitus (P0.05). Conclusion in type 2 diabetes mellitus, the concentration of TBA decreases with the increase of albuminuria.
