【摘要】：腸道菌群與糖尿病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān),隨著高通量測序技術(shù)的發(fā)展,越來越多的研究表明,糖尿病狀態(tài)下,宿主腸道菌群的群落結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了變化。綜述了國際上利用高通量技術(shù)研究的糖尿病狀態(tài)下腸道菌群的差異的最新進(jìn)展,同時(shí)從食物、藥物、益生元和糞便菌群移植等方面闡述腸道菌群對糖尿病的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制,旨在為預(yù)防和治療糖尿病提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Intestinal flora is closely related to the development of diabetes mellitus. With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology, more and more studies show that the host intestinal flora community structure has changed under the condition of diabetes mellitus. This paper reviews the latest advances in the study of intestinal microflora differences in diabetes mellitus using high-throughput techniques, and expounds the regulation mechanism of intestinal flora on diabetes from the aspects of food, medicine, probiotics and fecal microflora transplantation. The aim is to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
