多發(fā)性硬化血清麻疹、風疹和水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒IgG抗體水平及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的通過檢測多發(fā)性硬化(Multiple sclerosis,MS)患者血清中麻疹病毒、風疹病毒和水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒的免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)抗體濃度,并進行擴展殘疾狀態(tài)量表(Expanded disability status scale,EDSS)評分,探討上述病毒在MS發(fā)病中的臨床意義及其與臨床神經(jīng)功能缺失的相關性。方法收集2013年9月-2015年2月鄭州大學第一附屬醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內科收治的50例MS患者急性期(復發(fā)期)的血清標本,其中臨床孤立綜合征(CIS亞組)22例,復發(fā)-緩解型MS(RRMS亞組)28例,對照組收集同一時期我院體檢結果正常的37例健康志愿者的血清標本。采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附方法(Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)測定并比較血清中3種病毒IgG抗體的濃度,分析血清中各病毒抗體水平與EDSS評分的相關性。結果 (1)MS病例組麻疹病毒、風疹病毒、水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒IgG抗體的血清濃度高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);(2)CIS亞組患者血清中麻疹病毒、風疹病毒、水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒IgG抗體水平低于RRMS亞組,EDSS評分亦低于RRMS亞組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);(3)MS病例組血清中麻疹病毒、風疹病毒、水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒IgG抗體與EDSS評分無相關性(P0.05)。結論 MS患者血清中的麻疹病毒、風疹病毒和水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒可能不僅與MS的發(fā)病相關,而且與疾病的復發(fā)有關。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the antibody concentration of measles virus, rubella virus and varicella zoster virus in serum of patients with multiple sclerosis (Multiple sclerosis MS), and to evaluate the (Expanded disability status scale (EDSS). To investigate the clinical significance of the above-mentioned virus in the pathogenesis of MS and its correlation with clinical nerve function loss. Methods Serum samples were collected from 50 patients with MS in the Department of Neurology, first affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2013 to February 2015. The clinical isolated syndrome (CIS subgroup) was 22 cases, and the relapse-remission MS (RRMS subgroup (28 cases). The control group collected 37 healthy volunteers with normal physical examination results in the same period. A double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Enzyme linked immunosorbent assayer Elisa) was used to detect and compare the concentration of three virus IgG antibodies in serum and to analyze the correlation between the serum antibody levels and the EDSS score. Results (1) the serum concentrations of measles virus, rubella virus and varicella zoster virus IgG antibody in MS group were higher than those in control group (P0.05); (2). The serum levels of measles virus and rubella virus in CIS subgroup were significantly higher than those in control group. The IgG antibody level of varicella-zoster virus was lower than that of RRMS subgroup and RRMS subgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); (3). There was no correlation between EDSS score and measles virus, rubella virus, varicella zoster virus IgG antibody in MS group (P0.05). Conclusion measles virus, rubella virus and varicella zoster virus in serum of MS patients may be related not only to the pathogenesis of MS, but also to the recurrence of the disease.
