回族中老年人群形態(tài)學(xué)與血脂水平的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的探討回族中老年人群形態(tài)學(xué)對(duì)血脂的影響。方法隨機(jī)選取583例南陽市回族中老年世居居民為研究對(duì)象,測(cè)量形態(tài)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)并檢測(cè)血脂。結(jié)果 (1)男性回族居民三酰甘油(TG)水平75歲組高于45~54歲和55~64歲組,65~74歲組高于55~64歲(P0.05);而男性總膽固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平及女性各項(xiàng)血脂指標(biāo)在各年齡組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)Pearson相關(guān)分析結(jié)果表明,TC與肩胛下、髂前上棘和小腿后皮褶、胸圍、腰圍、腹圍、上臂緊張圍及小腿圍相關(guān),TG與各指標(biāo)相關(guān),HDL-C與肱三頭肌、髂前上棘和小腿后皮褶相關(guān),HDL-C和LDL-C與頸圍、腰圍、腹圍、臀圍、上臂緊張圍及小腿圍比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(3)多元回歸分析結(jié)果表明,肩胛下和髂前上棘皮褶、胸圍和小腿圍進(jìn)入TC回歸模型,小腿后皮褶、胸圍及腰圍進(jìn)入TG回歸模型,肱三頭肌皮褶、腰圍進(jìn)入HDL-C回歸模型。結(jié)論回族中老年人群多種形態(tài)學(xué)參數(shù)與血脂水平相關(guān),建議進(jìn)一步尋求血脂異常的形態(tài)學(xué)敏感指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of morphology on blood lipids in the middle and old people of Hui nationality. Methods 583 middle aged and old inhabitants of Hui nationality in Nanyang City were randomly selected to measure morphological data and blood lipids. Results (1) the level of triglyceride (TG) in the male Hui population was higher than that in the age group of 45 ~ 54 years old and the age group of 55 ~ 64 years (P0.05), while the levels of total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and serum lipids in women were higher than those in the age group of 65 ~ 74 years (P0.05). Comparison among age groups, There was no significant difference (P0.05); (2) between TC and subscapular, anterior superior iliac spine, posterior leg skin fold, chest circumference, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, upper arm tension circumference and calf circumference. Compared with neck circumference, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, hip circumference, upper arm tension circumference and calf circumference, the correlation between anterior superior iliac spine and posterior leg skinfold was statistically significant (P0.05); (3) multiple regression analysis showed that subscapular and anterior iliac anterior and superior spinous fold were significantly different from those of neck circumference, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, hip circumference, upper arm tension circumference and lower leg circumference (P0.05); (3). Chest circumference and calf circumference entered TC regression model, calf posterior skin fold, chest circumference and waist circumference entered TG regression model, triceps brachii skin fold and waist circumference entered HDL-C regression model. Conclusion several morphological parameters are related to blood lipid level in the middle and old Hui population. It is suggested that the morphological sensitive indexes of dyslipidemia should be further explored.
