[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of obesity on intestinal microecology, a rat obesity model was established by feeding high fat diet to rats. To study the changes of intestinal flora structure of obese rats fed with Bacillus pylori suspension, the intestinal microflora was collected at the 4th week and 7th week of the Bacillus treatment test, respectively, in order to study the changes of intestinal microflora structure in obese rats after inoculation with Bacillus sp. And the effect of Bacillus on short chain fatty acids in feces and body mass of rats. The results showed that Bacillus sp. could significantly improve the diversity of intestinal flora and play a positive role in the body mass control of obese animals.
