【摘要】：目的分析深圳市職業(yè)性苯接觸工人血常規(guī)檢查結(jié)果。方法采用判斷抽樣方法,以深圳市27 952名苯職業(yè)接觸工人為觀察組,以工作中不接觸苯及其他有毒有害物質(zhì)的2 933名工人為對(duì)照組。對(duì)2組工人血白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞(GRAN)計(jì)數(shù)、血小板計(jì)數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和血紅蛋白水平等結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果觀察組工人白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、GRAN計(jì)數(shù)、血小板計(jì)數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和血紅蛋白水平偏低的檢出率均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組工人上述5個(gè)指標(biāo)偏低的檢出率均呈隨著工齡增長(zhǎng)而增高的趨勢(shì)(P0.01)。觀察組女性工人白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、GRAN計(jì)數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)及血紅蛋白水平偏低檢出率均低于男性(P0.01)。大型企業(yè)工人白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)偏低檢出率最高(P0.008),血紅蛋白水平偏低檢出率最低(P0.008);外商經(jīng)濟(jì)類型企業(yè)工人血小板計(jì)數(shù)偏低檢出率最低(P0.005);橡膠塑膠制品業(yè)和家具制造業(yè)工人白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)偏低檢出率最高(P0.005)。結(jié)論深圳市苯作業(yè)工人健康狀況不容樂觀,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)涉苯的橡膠及塑膠、家具企業(yè)的重點(diǎn)職業(yè)病監(jiān)測(cè)工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the blood routine examination results of occupational benzene exposed workers in Shenzhen. Methods 27 952 workers exposed to benzene in Shenzhen were used as observation group and 2 933 workers who were not exposed to benzene and other toxic and harmful substances at work as control group. The results of white blood cell count, neutrophil (GRAN) count, platelet count, red blood cell count and hemoglobin level in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results the detection rate of low white blood cell count, platelet count, red blood cell count and hemoglobin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). In the observation group, the detection rate of the above five indexes was lower than that of the control group (P0.01). The detection rate of white blood cell count, red blood cell count and hemoglobin level in female workers was lower than that in male workers (P0.01). The detection rate of white blood cell count was the highest in large enterprises (P0.008), the lowest in hemoglobin level (P0.008), the lowest in foreign enterprises (P0.005), and the lowest in rubber and plastic products industry and furniture manufacturing industry. The detection rate of low white blood cell count was the highest (P 0.005). Conclusion the health status of workers exposed to benzene in Shenzhen is not optimistic, so it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the occupational diseases in the rubber, plastics and furniture enterprises involved in benzene.
