【摘要】：目的分析廣西部分地區(qū)男男性行為者(MSM)對艾滋病非職業(yè)暴露后預防(nPEP)服務的需求及其影響因素。方法采用方便抽樣的方法在廣西部分地區(qū)招募MSM。通過面對面問卷調(diào)查,收集其社會人口學特征、艾滋病相關知識、高危行為、服務利用及對nPEP服務需求等基本信息。采用χ~2檢驗對不同特征調(diào)查對象的nPEP服務需求進行單因素分析,采用非條件二分類Logistic回歸模型分析nPEP服務需求的影響因素,計算比值比(OR)和95%可信區(qū)間(CI)值,以P0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)果共獲得有效問卷344份。344人中,22.1%(76人)聽說過nPEP,60.2%(207人)在告知nPEP相關服務和可能風險等標化內(nèi)容后,表示存在該服務需求。僅57.6%(198人)最近半年每次同性肛交均使用安全套;27.3%(94人)曾經(jīng)歷過安全套意外破裂、滑脫或者被對方故意拔套等危險性行為。非條件二分類Logistic回歸模型多因素分析顯示,文化程度大專及以上(OR=0.28,95%CI:0.12~0.65)、半年內(nèi)的性角色主要為插入方(OR=2.18,95%CI:1.26~3.76)、半年內(nèi)固定性伴個數(shù)3個及以上(OR=8.37,95%CI:1.04~67.08)、認為當?shù)豈SM艾滋病疫情嚴重(OR=2.22,95%CI:1.24~3.97),為nPEP服務需求的影響因素。結(jié)論廣西部分地區(qū)MSM對nPEP服務存在一定的需求。nPEP作為一項有效的生物干預措施,應在中國條件允許的情況下盡快開展,促進MSM主動求醫(yī)行為,以減少MSM的HIV感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the demand and influencing factors of (MSM) for HIV / AIDS prevention after non-occupational exposure in some areas of Guangxi. Methods the method of convenient sampling was used to recruit MSM in some areas of Guangxi. Face to face questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the basic information such as social demographic characteristics, AIDS-related knowledge, high-risk behaviors, service utilization and the need for nPEP services. 蠂 ~ 2 test was used to analyze the nPEP service demand of different characteristic survey subjects, and non-conditional two-class Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of nPEP service demand. The calculated ratio was higher than that of (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI). P0.05 as the difference was statistically significant. Results 22. 1% (76 / 344) of 344 valid questionnaires were obtained. 60.2% (207) of them had heard of nPEPX. After informing them of the related services and possible risks, they indicated that there was a need for the service. Only 57.6% (198 people) used condom in every homosexual anal sex in the last six months (94 people) had experienced dangerous behaviors such as accidental rupture of condom, slipping or being deliberately pulled out by the other side. The multivariate analysis of non-conditional two-class Logistic regression model shows that, The main sex roles within half a year are the insertion side (OR2.1895 CI: 1.263.76), and the number of fixed sex partners within half a year (OR8.37% 95CIW 1.067.08). It is considered that the local MSM AIDS epidemic is serious (OR2.2295CIW 1.243.97), which is the influencing factor of nPEP service demand. Conclusion there is a certain demand for nPEP services in some regions of Guangxi. As an effective biological intervention measure, it should be carried out as soon as possible under the condition of China to promote the active medical treatment of MSM, so as to reduce the HIV infection of MSM.
