【摘要】：目的分析哮喘患者真菌致敏的情況及其臨床特征。方法哮喘患者行血清霉菌Ig E檢測及變應原皮膚點刺試驗,篩選出伴真菌致敏的哮喘患者,比較分析真菌致敏患者與不伴真菌致敏患者的臨床特征。結果112例哮喘患者分為兩組,26例患者血清霉菌Ig E和(或)霉菌皮膚點刺試驗陽性,為真菌致敏組,余下86例為不伴真菌致敏組。真菌致敏組年齡明顯低于不伴真菌致敏組(P=0.004);前者的重度哮喘患者比例高于后者(P=0.032);前者同時存在多種變應原致敏的比例明顯高于后者(P0.001);兩組患者性別、合并變應性鼻炎和(或)皮炎比例、血清總Ig E、外周血嗜酸性粒細胞計數(shù)、第1秒用力呼氣容積占預計值%(FEV1%)差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論真菌為誘發(fā)哮喘的常見變應原之一,伴真菌致敏的哮喘患者平均年齡低、重度哮喘比例高,且常存在對多種變應原敏感的情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the fungal sensitization and its clinical characteristics in asthmatic patients. Methods Asthma patients were tested with mycetes IgE and allergen skin prick test. The clinical characteristics of fungal sensitization patients and those without fungal sensitization were compared and analyzed. Results 112 asthmatic patients were divided into two groups: 26 patients were positive for mycetes IgE and / or fungal skin prick test, the other 86 patients were without fungal sensitization group. The age of fungal sensitization group was significantly lower than that of non-fungal sensitization group (P0. 004), the proportion of severe asthma patients in the former group was higher than that in the latter group (P0. 032), and the proportion of allergen allergens in the former group was significantly higher than that in the latter group (P0. 001). There was no significant difference in the proportion of allergic rhinitis and / or dermatitis, total serum Ig E, eosinophil count in peripheral blood and forced expiratory volume (FEV1%) in 1 second (P0.05). Conclusion fungus is one of the common allergens to induce asthma. The average age of asthmatic patients with fungal sensitization is low, the proportion of severe asthma is high, and the allergen is often sensitive to many kinds of allergens.
