基于勸導(dǎo)理論的糖尿病人自我健康管理服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)研究
[Abstract]:Diabetes is a chronic and life-long disease. It is a long-term and arduous task to prevent and control it. Research at home and abroad has shown that the self-health management of diabetic patients is still at the middle or low level, causing acute and chronic complications and seriously affecting the quality of life of the patients. The computer aided technology of changing people's behavior and attitude has been developed rapidly in the past ten years and has been widely used in business and other fields. This topic integrates the theory of persuasion and the self-health management system of diabetes, which can help diabetic patients participate in self-health management consciously and form a good life attitude and behavior habit. The main research work of this subject is to understand the characteristics of the population and disease of diabetes, and the contents and principles of diabetes self-health management. Through two crowd survey, the problems and reasons of patients' self-health management were obtained, and the research results were analyzed and summarized with the help of user log, card classification and other research tools. At the same time, 4 types of patients were divided according to the characteristics of the population. The definition, characteristics and application of persuasion theory are summarized, and the behavior model and basic principle of using persuasion theory to change human behavior are introduced. At the same time, in view of the problem of self health management, the persuasion strategy is applied to the self-health management service process, which forms "model induction, decomposition and simplification, enhancement of interest and social customs." In the end, we construct the diabetes patient self health management service system and the blueprint of the service design, and elaborate on how the 5 kinds of persuasion methods affect and improve the patient's self health management status in the persuasion service function module. This topic can be used as a designer and researcher in the related fields. The staff will provide some reference to provide effective design inspiration for creating more influential products and services.
