【摘要】：目的:探討啟宮丸湯聯(lián)合化學藥對多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)合并不孕癥患者激素水平的影響。方法:選取2015年7月-2016年6月于我院婦科就診的PCOS合并不孕癥患者98例為研究對象,采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組,各49例。對照組患者于月經(jīng)第5天起口服枸櫞酸氯米芬片50 mg,qd,連續(xù)5 d;于月經(jīng)第11天行B超監(jiān)測卵泡發(fā)育情況,若無直徑10 mm的優(yōu)勢卵泡則肌內(nèi)注射注射用絨促性素2 000 U,隔日1次,至卵泡發(fā)育直徑達18 mm。觀察組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用啟宮丸湯,每日1劑,水煎取汁400 m L,早晚各服200 m L。治療3個月后,比較兩組患者血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黃體生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、總睪酮(T)、硫酸脫氫表雄酮(DHEA-S)、性激素結(jié)合球蛋白(SHBG)水平,以及子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、成熟卵泡數(shù)量和妊娠率。結(jié)果:治療前,兩組患者FSH、LH、PRL、E2、T、DHEA-S、SHBG水平比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療3個月后,兩組患者PRL、T、DHEA-S水平顯著降低,E2、EHBG水平顯著升高;且觀察組患者FSH、PRL、T、DHEA-S水平顯著低于對照組,E2、SHBG水平顯著高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者子宮內(nèi)膜厚度明顯大于對照組,妊娠率(18.37%)明顯高于對照組(4.08%),差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:啟宮丸湯聯(lián)合化學藥治療PCOS合并不孕癥,有助于調(diào)節(jié)患者血清激素水平、提高妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Qigong Pill decoction combined with chemical drugs on hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) complicated with infertility. Methods: 98 cases of PCOS complicated with infertility were selected from July 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital, and were divided into observation group (n = 49) and control group (n = 49). The control group took clomiphene citrate 50 mg / g QD for 5 days from the 5th day of menstruation and monitored follicle development with B-ultrasound on the 11th day of menstruation. If there was no dominant follicle of 10 mm in diameter, the control group received intramuscular injection of choriotropin 2 000 U once every other day. The diameter of follicle development was 18 mm. The patients in the observation group were treated with Qigong Pill decoction on the basis of the control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with 1 dose of Qigong Pill daily, 400 mL of water decoction, and 200 mL of each group in the morning and evening. After 3 months of treatment, serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2), total testosterone (T), dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S), sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups. Number of mature follicles and pregnancy rate. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the level of DHEA-SnSHBG (P 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the levels of PRL TnTHEA-S in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and the level of E2HEA-S in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the level of E2HEA-S in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the level of DHEA-S in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group, and the pregnancy rate (18.37%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (4.08%), the difference being statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Qigong Pill decoction combined with chemical drugs in the treatment of PCOS with infertility is helpful to regulate serum hormone level and improve pregnancy rate.
