我國(guó)老年人腹型肥胖和睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的了解我國(guó)老年人腹型肥胖以及睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,探究不同睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)與老年人腹型肥胖發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)關(guān)聯(lián)。方法數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源為2013年中國(guó)健康與養(yǎng)老全國(guó)追蹤調(diào)查(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study,CHARLS)數(shù)據(jù)。根據(jù)睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)將受訪對(duì)象進(jìn)行分組,采用卡方檢驗(yàn)比較不同睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)老年人之間的差異;利用二分類logistic模型分析睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)和其他社會(huì)學(xué)因素及生活習(xí)慣等對(duì)腹型肥胖發(fā)生的影響。結(jié)果睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)過(guò)短和過(guò)長(zhǎng)的男性老年人患肥胖的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分別是睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)正常的老年人的1.627倍(95%CI:1.286~2.060,P0.05)和1.499倍(95%CI:1.009~2.228,P0.001);女性老年人各睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)組間肥胖風(fēng)險(xiǎn)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。文盲、曾經(jīng)吸煙、患有≥3種慢性病和社會(huì)活動(dòng)參與度低都是發(fā)生腹型肥胖的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論睡眠時(shí)長(zhǎng)過(guò)短、過(guò)長(zhǎng)都會(huì)增加男性老年人患腹型肥胖的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),但對(duì)女性老年人影響不大。不良的生活習(xí)慣及精神狀態(tài)也會(huì)增加患腹型肥胖的危險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current status of abdominal obesity and sleep duration in the elderly in China, and to explore the relationship between the duration of sleep and the risk of abdominal obesity in the elderly. Methods data were collected from China Health and Retirement inventory (CHARLS) in 2013. According to the length of sleep, the subjects were divided into groups, and the differences between the aged people with different sleep duration were compared by chi-square test. The effects of sleep duration, other sociological factors and life habits on the incidence of abdominal obesity were analyzed by using a two-class logistic model. Results the risk of obesity was 1.627 times (95CI: 1.2862.060,0.05) and 1.499 times (95CI: 1.2862.228P0.001) in the male aged with short sleep duration and long sleep duration, respectively, but there was no significant difference in obesity risk among the female elderly sleep duration groups. Illiteracy, smoking, more than 3 chronic diseases and low participation in social activities are all risk factors for abdominal obesity. Conclusion too short sleep duration increases the risk of abdominal obesity in male elderly people, but it has little effect on female elderly people. Poor living habits and mental state can also increase the risk of abdominal obesity.
