我國老年人腹型肥胖和睡眠時長關系研究

【摘要】:目的了解我國老年人腹型肥胖以及睡眠時長的現狀,探究不同睡眠時長與老年人腹型肥胖發(fā)生的風險關聯。方法數據來源為2013年中國健康與養(yǎng)老全國追蹤調查(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study,CHARLS)數據。根據睡眠時長將受訪對象進行分組,采用卡方檢驗比較不同睡眠時長老年人之間的差異;利用二分類logistic模型分析睡眠時長和其他社會學因素及生活習慣等對腹型肥胖發(fā)生的影響。結果睡眠時長過短和過長的男性老年人患肥胖的風險分別是睡眠時長正常的老年人的1.627倍(95%CI:1.286~2.060,P0.05)和1.499倍(95%CI:1.009~2.228,P0.001);女性老年人各睡眠時長組間肥胖風險差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。文盲、曾經吸煙、患有≥3種慢性病和社會活動參與度低都是發(fā)生腹型肥胖的危險因素。結論睡眠時長過短、過長都會增加男性老年人患腹型肥胖的風險,但對女性老年人影響不大。不良的生活習慣及精神狀態(tài)也會增加患腹型肥胖的危險。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current status of abdominal obesity and sleep duration in the elderly in China, and to explore the relationship between the duration of sleep and the risk of abdominal obesity in the elderly. Methods data were collected from China Health and Retirement inventory (CHARLS) in 2013. According to the length of sleep, the subjects were divided into groups, and the differences between the aged people with different sleep duration were compared by chi-square test. The effects of sleep duration, other sociological factors and life habits on the incidence of abdominal obesity were analyzed by using a two-class logistic model. Results the risk of obesity was 1.627 times (95CI: 1.2862.060,0.05) and 1.499 times (95CI: 1.2862.228P0.001) in the male aged with short sleep duration and long sleep duration, respectively, but there was no significant difference in obesity risk among the female elderly sleep duration groups. Illiteracy, smoking, more than 3 chronic diseases and low participation in social activities are all risk factors for abdominal obesity. Conclusion too short sleep duration increases the risk of abdominal obesity in male elderly people, but it has little effect on female elderly people. Poor living habits and mental state can also increase the risk of abdominal obesity.
