【摘要】：正糖尿病是一種因胰島素分泌絕對或相對不足而引起的以高血糖為主要特征的代謝性疾病~([1])。現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)認(rèn)為糖尿病發(fā)生的本質(zhì)是血糖的生成和消耗之間失去了正常動態(tài)平衡~([1])。在機(jī)體組織細(xì)胞中葡萄糖進(jìn)入細(xì)胞膜速度減慢,導(dǎo)致機(jī)體組織細(xì)胞內(nèi)糖酵解和糖的有氧氧化能力減弱,加上體內(nèi)糖原分解減慢,糖異生速度加快,導(dǎo)致葡萄糖生成多,消耗少,從而形成高血糖。維生素C具有抗氧化功能和保護(hù)生物膜的作用,而B族維生素進(jìn)入體內(nèi)被磷酸化與蛋白質(zhì)
