【摘要】：目的：旨在評(píng)價(jià)針刺配合立普妥治療原發(fā)性高脂血癥(脾虛食滯型)的臨床療效。方法：將60例原發(fā)性高脂血癥(脾虛食滯型)患者隨機(jī)分為針?biāo)幗M30例和西藥組30例。西藥組單純采用立普妥20mg/片,1次20mg,日1次口服進(jìn)行治療,共治療4周；針?biāo)幗M在西藥組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,配合針刺,取穴：百會(huì)、中脘及雙側(cè)的足三里、三陰交、陰陵泉、豐隆穴,日1次,百會(huì)穴每10分鐘捻轉(zhuǎn)一次,捻轉(zhuǎn)速度200轉(zhuǎn)/分,每次留針30分鐘,每周治療6天。根據(jù)患者治療前后血清中TG(甘油三酯)、TC(總膽固醇)、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白膽固醇)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白膽固醇)的水平來(lái)進(jìn)行分析,患者取血前1天晚餐禁止飲酒及進(jìn)食高脂食物,空腹12 h以上取靜脈血進(jìn)行測(cè)定,分別于治療前及治療后各測(cè)1次；用積分法對(duì)患者治療前后中醫(yī)證候療效進(jìn)行判定和比較。結(jié)果：兩組患者治療后血清中TC、TG、DL-C水平均有顯著改善,較治療前差異顯著(P0.05)。針?biāo)幗M30例,脫落2例,總有效率[96.4%(27/28)]明顯高于西藥組[90%(27/30)],(P0.05)。通過(guò)兩組間中醫(yī)癥候積分比較：兩組治療前后各組內(nèi)在中醫(yī)癥狀積分均明顯降低(P0.05),通過(guò)兩組間治療后中醫(yī)癥狀積分比較,提示針?biāo)幗M在改善中醫(yī)癥狀積分方面明顯優(yōu)于西藥組,具有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論：1、針刺配合立普妥治療原發(fā)性高脂血癥(脾虛食滯型)確切有療效,優(yōu)于單純西藥治療組。2、針刺配合立普妥治療原發(fā)性高脂血癥(脾虛食滯型),在改善患者血脂水平以及中醫(yī)癥候積分上優(yōu)于單純西藥組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Lipitor on primary hyperlipidemia. Methods: 60 patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n = 30) and western medicine group (n = 30). The western medicine group was treated with 20 mg of Lipitor 20mg/ tablet once a day, for a total of 4 weeks; the acupuncture group combined with acupuncture on the basis of treatment in the western medicine group took points: Baihui, Zhongwan and bilateral Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Yin Lingquan, Fenglong acupoint, once a day, Baihui point twirled once every 10 minutes, twisting speed 200 rpm, each time keep needle 30 minutes, treatment 6 days a week. The serum levels of TG (triglyceride), TC (total cholesterol), HDL-C (high density lipoprotein cholesterol) and LDL-C (low density lipoprotein cholesterol) were analyzed before and after treatment. The venous blood was measured before and after treatment for more than 12 hours, and the curative effect of TCM syndrome before and after treatment was evaluated and compared by integral method. Results: after treatment, the serum levels of TCU, TGG, DL-C in the two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment (P0.05). The total effective rate [96.4% (27 / 28)] was significantly higher in the acupuncture group than in the western medicine group [90% (27 / 30)] (P0.05). Through the comparison of TCM symptom score between the two groups: before and after treatment, the internal TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P0.05). Through the comparison of TCM symptom scores after treatment between the two groups, it was suggested that the acupuncture and medicine group was obviously superior to the western medicine group in improving the TCM symptom integral. There was significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of primary hyperlipidemia (spleen deficiency and food stagnation) with acupuncture combined with Lipitor is effective. Acupuncture combined with Lipitor in treating primary hyperlipidemia (spleen deficiency and food stagnation) was superior to the western medicine group in improving the level of blood lipid and the score of TCM symptom.
