自噬及其在多發(fā)性硬化中的作用

【摘要】:自噬是高度保守的依賴溶酶體的細(xì)胞內(nèi)物質(zhì)分解途徑,是維持細(xì)胞自穩(wěn)的主要機(jī)制,并參與多種神經(jīng)退行性疾病的發(fā)生。自噬現(xiàn)象廣泛存在,并能維持組織的內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)定,參與調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞分化。近年研究發(fā)現(xiàn)調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞的自噬活性有助于治療多發(fā)性硬化,其對應(yīng)激狀態(tài)下神經(jīng)細(xì)胞中錯誤折疊并沉積的蛋白及衰老受損細(xì)胞器的清除具有重要作用。自噬可保護(hù)受損的神經(jīng)細(xì)胞,但過度自噬也可促進(jìn)神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的死亡,因此研究自噬在多發(fā)性硬化的不同階段發(fā)揮的不同調(diào)節(jié)作用,可作為防治多發(fā)性硬化的新策略。
[Abstract]:Autophagy, a highly conserved intracellular material decomposition pathway that relies on lysosomes, is the main mechanism to maintain cell autophagy and participates in the occurrence of a variety of neurodegenerative diseases. Autophagy exists widely, and can maintain the internal stability of the tissue and regulate cell differentiation. In recent years, the study found that regulating the autophagy activity of cells is helpful to cure the cell. Multiple sclerosis plays an important role in the misfolding and deposition of proteins in the nerve cells under stress and the removal of aging damaged organelles. Autophagy can protect the damaged nerve cells, but excessive autophagy can also promote the death of nerve cells. Therefore, the study of autophagy in different stages of multiple sclerosis It can be used as a new strategy for the prevention and treatment of multiple sclerosis.
