【摘要】：類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎(RA)是一種復(fù)雜的自身免疫性疾病,其發(fā)病機(jī)制十分復(fù)雜�；そM織的增生是該病的主要病理變化之一。大量科學(xué)研究結(jié)果表明,在類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎疾病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展過程中,激活的滑膜成纖維細(xì)胞(SFs)具有特殊的增殖特性,并在炎癥反應(yīng)、血管新生以及組織破壞等方面扮演重要角色。本文對(duì)滑膜成纖維細(xì)胞在類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中的重要作用及其激活機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行分析和討論,為認(rèn)識(shí)類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎發(fā)病機(jī)制提供參考。
[Abstract]:Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a complex autoimmune disease, its pathogenesis is very complex. Synovial hyperplasia is one of the main pathological changes of the disease. A large number of scientific studies have shown that activated synovial fibroblasts (SFs) have special proliferative properties during the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis, and in the inflammatory response. Angiogenesis and tissue damage play an important role. In this paper, the important role of synovial fibroblasts in the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis and its activation mechanism are analyzed and discussed in order to provide a reference for understanding the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
