【摘要】：目的探討朗格漢斯細(xì)胞組織細(xì)胞增生癥(LCH)的疾病特點(diǎn)。方法回顧性分析北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院收治的122例LCH患者皮損表現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)受累表現(xiàn)、影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查、免疫表型及治療和預(yù)后情況。結(jié)果 LCH皮損形態(tài)多樣,最常受累的器官為肺,其他易受累的部位有骨、皮膚、淋巴結(jié)、肝臟、脾臟、口腔、甲狀腺等。多系統(tǒng)LCH患者較單系統(tǒng)LCH患者多見。單系統(tǒng)LCH多采用手術(shù)治療,多系統(tǒng)LCH以聯(lián)合化療為主。結(jié)論 LCH臨床表現(xiàn)多樣,肺是最常見的受損器官;治療可采用手術(shù)或化療。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). Methods the skin lesions, systemic involvement, imaging findings, laboratory examination, immunophenotype, treatment and prognosis of 122 patients with LCH in Peking Union Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results the lesions of LCH were varied, the most frequently involved organs were lung, and the other easily affected parts were bone, skin, lymph nodes, liver, spleen, mouth, thyroid and so on. Multisystem LCH patients were more common than single system LCH patients. Single system LCH was mostly treated by surgery, and multi-system LCH was mainly combined chemotherapy. Conclusion LCH has a variety of clinical manifestations and the lung is the most common damaged organ, which can be treated by surgery or chemotherapy.
