【摘要】：目的了解男男性行為人群(MSM)艾滋病知識(shí)知曉和不同地區(qū)肛交保護(hù)性現(xiàn)狀,分析影響因素。方法 2015的3-10月,以綿陽市9個(gè)縣(市、區(qū))MSM為對象,在固定場所和知情同意下,用滾雪球抽樣法,進(jìn)行調(diào)查對象招募和自填式行為學(xué)調(diào)查及血清學(xué)檢測。結(jié)果共調(diào)查1 271例,艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率98.2%(1 248/1 271),肛交保護(hù)性近1次92.7%(1 036/1 117)、近6月82.7%(924/1 117),不同地區(qū)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(分別有=58.488、100.040,P均0.001)。近6月肛交人群中有保護(hù)性和無保護(hù)性艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率分別為4.7%(43/924)、9.8%(19/193)(=8.207,P=0.004)。多因素分析:文化程度、婚姻狀況、艾滋病知識(shí)、認(rèn)識(shí)當(dāng)?shù)豈SM朋友數(shù)、壓力感受、近1周肛交次數(shù)是肛交保護(hù)性的獨(dú)立影響因素(P均0.05)。結(jié)論綿陽市MSM艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率、性行為保護(hù)性較高,地區(qū)間不平衡。肛交保護(hù)性與人口學(xué)特征、知識(shí)知曉、肛交頻率、壓力感受相關(guān)。應(yīng)關(guān)注壓力感受對性行為保護(hù)性的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge of HIV / AIDS in MSM and the status of anal sex protection in different areas and analyze the influencing factors. Methods from March to October of 2015, 9 counties (districts and counties) of Mianyang were selected as subjects. The subjects were recruited, self-filled behavior investigation and serological examination were carried out with the method of snowball sampling in fixed place and with informed consent. Results A total of 1 271 cases were investigated. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 98.2% (1 248 / 1 271), anal sex protection was 92. 7% (1 036 / 1 117) and 82. 7% (924 / 1 117) in recent June. There were significant differences between different regions (58.4881 100.040 P 0.001). In the last six months, the prevalence of HIV in anal sex was 4.7% (43 / 924) and 9.8% (19 / 193), respectively. Multivariate analysis: education, marital status, AIDS knowledge, know the number of local MSM friends, stress feeling, the number of anal sex in the last week were the independent factors of anal sex protection (all P 0.05). Conclusion the knowledge rate of MSM AIDS in Mianyang City is higher than that of other regions. Anal sex protection was associated with demographic characteristics, knowledge, anal sex frequency and stress perception. Attention should be paid to the impact of stress perception on the protection of sexual behaviour.
