【摘要】：目的探討藥膳方暖巢煲聯(lián)合來曲唑治療多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)排卵功能障礙性不孕腎虛證的優(yōu)勢(shì),為臨床治療提供依據(jù)。方法隨機(jī)選取2014年1月至2015年6月入海南醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院的患者中由于PCOS排卵功能障礙導(dǎo)致不孕腎虛證的患者78例,依據(jù)隨機(jī)表對(duì)照法隨機(jī)分組,對(duì)照組39例,只口服來曲唑;實(shí)驗(yàn)組39例,口服暖巢煲聯(lián)合來曲唑,連續(xù)治療4個(gè)月經(jīng)周期,對(duì)兩組治療前后的月經(jīng)情況、排卵率、妊娠率、安全性指標(biāo)情況以及產(chǎn)生的不良反應(yīng)進(jìn)行觀察記錄。結(jié)果對(duì)照組有效率74.36%,實(shí)驗(yàn)組有效率87.18%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)照組排卵率為47.71%,低于實(shí)驗(yàn)組的79.07%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)照組的妊娠率為12.82%,而實(shí)驗(yàn)組為33.33%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組都能使患者的月經(jīng)不正常情況得到改善,而實(shí)驗(yàn)組要優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論暖巢煲聯(lián)合來曲唑治療PCOS排卵功能障礙性不孕腎虛證的效果顯著,副作用小。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the advantages of warming nest pot combined with letrozole in the treatment of ovulation dysfunction infertility syndrome in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods from January 2014 to June 2015, 78 patients who were admitted to the affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: 39 patients in the control group were treated with letrozole only by oral administration of letrozole. 39 patients in the experimental group were treated with warm nest cooker combined with letrozole for 4 consecutive menstrual cycles. The menstruation, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, safety index and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed and recorded. Results the effective rate was 74.36 in the control group and 87.18 in the experimental group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The ovulation rate in the control group was 47.71, which was lower than that in the experimental group (P 0.05). The pregnancy rate of the control group was 12.82, while that of the experimental group was 33.33. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Both groups were able to improve abnormal menstruation, while the experimental group was superior to the control group. Conclusion the effect of warm nest-pot combined with letrozole in the treatment of PCOS ovulation dysfunction infertility is significant and the side effect is small.
