【摘要】：正《"十三五"深化醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革規(guī)劃》指出,"十三五"時期是我國全面建成小康社會的決勝階段,也是建立健全基本醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生制度、推進(jìn)健康中國建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵時期。當(dāng)前我國醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革已經(jīng)進(jìn)入攻堅期和深水區(qū),"保基本、強基層、建機制"是深化醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革的基本原則之一,建立科學(xué)合理的分級診療制度、提升基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)能力是"十三五"期間的一項重要任務(wù)。衛(wèi)生政策研究質(zhì)量決定了衛(wèi)生改
[Abstract]:The 13th Five-Year Plan for deepening the Reform of Medical and Health system pointed out that the 13th Five-Year Plan period is the decisive stage for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way, and also the key period for establishing and perfecting the basic medical and health system and promoting the construction of a healthy China. At present, the reform of the medical and health system in our country has entered the critical period and deep water area. "protecting the basic, strengthening the basic unit and building the mechanism" is one of the basic principles for deepening the reform of the medical and health system. Improving the capacity of primary health care is an important task during the Thirteenth five-year Plan. Quality of Health Policy Research determines Health Reform
