【摘要】：正特發(fā)性低促性腺激素性性腺功能減退癥(idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism,IHH)是一種日益被生殖內(nèi)分泌科醫(yī)生認識的疾病,但在對其發(fā)病機制、臨床表現(xiàn)和治療方法等方面仍存在疑惑。2015年7月中華醫(yī)學會內(nèi)分泌學分會性腺學組專家制定了特發(fā)性低促性腺激素性性腺功能減退癥診治專家共識~([1])。2015年9月歐洲內(nèi)分泌學會發(fā)表了
