【摘要】：目的探討慢性酒精中毒患者血清和肽素水平及其與空腹血糖、膽固醇、甘油三酯、LDL-C、HDL-C的相關(guān)性,進(jìn)一步探討應(yīng)激標(biāo)志物和肽素在判斷慢性酒精中毒患者中的臨床意義。方法慢性酒精中毒患者41例,按不同飲酒年限分為飲酒20年以下組、飲酒20年以上組,按頭部CT診斷分為CT正常組、CT異常組；正常對(duì)照組20例。采用雙抗體夾心法測(cè)定血清和肽素水平,同時(shí)測(cè)定空腹血糖、膽固醇、甘油三酯、LDL-C、HDL-C水平,并分析它們之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果1.慢性酒精中毒患者血清和肽素(47.92±7.12pg/ml)低于正常對(duì)照組(57.39±6.59pg/ml),有顯著性差異(P0.01)。2.慢性酒精中毒患者飲酒20年組血清和肽素(47.13±7.94pg/ml)與飲酒≥20年組(48.48±6.59pg/ml)之間無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。3.慢性酒精中毒患者CT異常組血清和肽素(50.41±6.17pg/ml)略高于CT正常組(46.78±7.11pg/ml),但無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。4.慢性酒精中毒患者血清和肽素與空腹血糖、膽固醇、甘油三酯、LDL-C及HDL-C沒(méi)有顯著的相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論1.慢性酒精中毒患者血清和肽素水平降低,可能對(duì)慢性酒精中毒有臨床意義。2.隨著飲酒年限的增加未發(fā)現(xiàn)血清和肽素隨之降低的規(guī)律性。3.慢性酒精中毒患者血清和肽素對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)是否合并腦血管病無(wú)輔助意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum and peptide levels in patients with chronic alcoholism and their correlation with fasting blood glucose, cholesterol and LDL-Con HDL-C, and to explore the clinical significance of stress markers and peptides in judging chronic alcoholism. Methods Forty-one patients with chronic alcoholism were divided into two groups according to different drinking years: 20 cases of normal group, 20 cases of normal group and 20 cases of normal group according to CT diagnosis. Serum and peptide levels were measured by double antibody sandwich method, fasting blood glucose, cholesterol, LDL-Con HDL-C were measured and the relationship between them was analyzed. Result 1. The levels of serum and peptide in patients with chronic alcoholism were 47.92 鹵7.12pg / ml and 57.39 鹵6.59pg / ml, respectively.
