【摘要】：[目的]探討應(yīng)用Ilizarov技術(shù)脛骨橫向骨搬移術(shù)治療糖尿病足的臨床療效。[方法]2014年8月~2016年3月,采用Ilizarov技術(shù)脛骨橫向骨搬移術(shù)治療糖尿病足患者40例,男26例,女14例,年齡39~79歲,平均56.8歲;左側(cè)22例,右側(cè)18例,按Wagner分級(jí),2級(jí)10例,3級(jí)22例,4級(jí)8例。[結(jié)果]40例患者均獲得隨訪,隨訪時(shí)間4~19個(gè)月,平均11.5個(gè)月,患足均獲得愈合(全部保肢),創(chuàng)面平均愈合時(shí)間12.6周,患肢疼痛及麻木癥狀改善甚至消失。[結(jié)論]脛骨橫向骨搬移術(shù)能有效治療糖尿病足,避免截肢。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the clinical effect of Ilizarov technique in the treatment of diabetic foot. [methods] from August 2014 to March 2016, 40 patients with diabetic foot were treated with Ilizarov technique, 26 males and 14 females, with an average age of 56.8, 22 left and 18 right. According to Wagner's classification, 10 cases with grade 2 and 22 cases with grade 3 were classified as grade 4 and 8 cases. [results] all the 40 patients were followed up for 4 ~ 19 months with an average of 11.5 months. All the affected feet were healed. The average healing time of the wounds was 12.6 weeks. The symptoms of pain and numbness of the affected limbs were improved or even disappeared. Conclusion Transverse bone transfer of tibia can effectively treat diabetic foot and avoid amputation.
