【摘要】：目的:建立一個低鉀血癥患者信息管理系統(tǒng)專病數(shù)據(jù)庫,全面收集低鉀血癥相關(guān)的病歷資料,為臨床醫(yī)療和科研創(chuàng)建有力的平臺。方法:利用Microsoft Access 2010軟件設(shè)計和建立低鉀血癥患者信息管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。首先,根據(jù)需求調(diào)研,初步設(shè)定數(shù)據(jù)庫的功能版塊和錄入信息的條目;然后根據(jù)設(shè)定的條目信息建立用于存儲數(shù)據(jù)資料的表格,準(zhǔn)確設(shè)置每一個字段的屬性,使其盡可能的達到結(jié)構(gòu)化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化地錄入,減少手動輸入的錄入方式,設(shè)定各表的主鍵;將一般信息表通過“身份證號”與其他各數(shù)據(jù)表的“身份證號”建立起“一對多”的關(guān)系;將用于信息錄入的各表作為記錄源建立對應(yīng)的窗體;建立基于各數(shù)據(jù)表的組合查詢。結(jié)果:成功建立了低鉀血癥患者信息管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。打開數(shù)據(jù)庫首先進入“登錄界面”,正確輸入用戶信息后進入數(shù)據(jù)庫的“主頁”,“主頁”包含錄入、隨訪、查詢、幫助和用戶管理五大功能版塊,其中“錄入”版塊包含患者一般信息、臨床表現(xiàn)、近期用藥史、伴隨疾病、實驗室檢查等功能按鈕,點擊各按鈕則進入相應(yīng)的各錄入窗體或子菜單。本數(shù)據(jù)庫可對患者一般資料、臨床表現(xiàn)、用藥史、伴隨疾病、實驗室檢查的各字段進行組合查詢,數(shù)據(jù)可以直接對接SPSS軟件,也可以將查詢的結(jié)果導(dǎo)出為Excel文件,通過運用SPSS、SAS等統(tǒng)計軟件,進而將這些導(dǎo)出的數(shù)據(jù)進行復(fù)雜的統(tǒng)計分析。幫助版塊提供本數(shù)據(jù)庫的使用說明信息,用戶管理版塊可以添加、刪除、編輯和修改用戶信息�？傮w來說,本數(shù)據(jù)庫可以全面而準(zhǔn)確地收集低鉀血癥患者的初診和隨訪的相關(guān)病歷資料,數(shù)據(jù)能夠?qū)С?便于數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計和管理,運行穩(wěn)定,數(shù)據(jù)錯誤和丟失等情況尚未出現(xiàn),給日常的臨床工作和科學(xué)研究帶來了極大的方便。結(jié)論:1、低鉀血癥患者信息管理系統(tǒng)能可以全面而準(zhǔn)確地收集低鉀血癥患者的初診和隨訪的相關(guān)病歷資料,給繁雜的低鉀血癥患者病歷信息準(zhǔn)確、便捷的錄入提供便利,便于患者信息的管理。2、本數(shù)據(jù)庫界面友好、簡潔,易于操作,即使不太熟悉計算機的人也能輕松上手。3、結(jié)構(gòu)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的字段設(shè)計,確保了數(shù)據(jù)錄入的準(zhǔn)確性,避免了數(shù)據(jù)的雜亂無章,便于檢索和使用。4、數(shù)據(jù)可以直接對接SPSS軟件,也可以將查詢的結(jié)果導(dǎo)出為Excel文件,通過運用SPSS、SAS等統(tǒng)計軟件,進而將這些導(dǎo)出的數(shù)據(jù)進行復(fù)雜的統(tǒng)計分析。5、可以實現(xiàn)日常工作和科研積累的有機結(jié)合,并能達到“滾雪球”效應(yīng),為后續(xù)的研究積累大量的資料。6、將和醫(yī)院HIS系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對接,減少數(shù)據(jù)的錄入量,提高利用率,可以廣泛地應(yīng)用于門診和病房,未來將進一步接入互聯(lián)網(wǎng),和低鉀血癥網(wǎng)絡(luò)診斷平臺互為補充,實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的共享。
[Abstract]:Objective: to set up a database of information management system for patients with hypokalemia, collect the medical records of hypokalemia, and establish a powerful platform for clinical medical treatment and scientific research. Methods: the database of information management system for patients with hypokalemia was designed and established by Microsoft Access 2010 software. First of all, according to the requirement investigation, we initially set up the functional section of the database and the entry of the input information. Then, according to the set item information, we set up a table to store the data, and set up the attributes of each field accurately. Make it as structured and standardized input as possible, reduce the manual input way, set the primary key of each table; A "one-to-many" relationship is established between the general information table and the ID number of other data tables through "ID number"; each table used for information input is used as a record source to establish a corresponding form; and a combination query based on each data table is established. Results: the database of information management system for patients with hypokalemia was established successfully. Open the database first into the "login interface", enter user information correctly and enter the database's "home page". The "home page" contains five functional sections: input, follow up, query, help and user management. The "input" section contains general information of patients, clinical manifestations, recent drug history, associated diseases, laboratory examination and other functional buttons. Click on each button to enter the corresponding input form or submenu. This database can query the general information of patients, clinical manifestations, history of medication, associated diseases, laboratory examination fields. The data can be directly connected with SPSS software, or the results of the query can be exported to Excel files. By using SPSS SAS and other statistical software, the derived data are analyzed. Help section provides instructions for the use of this database, user management section can add, delete, edit and modify user information. In general, this database can collect the relevant medical records of the patients with hypokalemia at first visit and follow-up, and the data can be exported, which is convenient for the statistics and management of the data, runs stably, and the data errors and losses have not yet occurred. It brings great convenience to daily clinical work and scientific research. Conclusion the information management system of hypokalemia patients can collect the relevant medical records of the patients with hypokalemia at first visit and follow up, and provide convenience for the complicated patients with hypokalemia. The database interface is friendly, simple, easy to operate, even those who are not familiar with the computer can easily use. 3, structured standardized field design, to ensure the accuracy of data entry, The data can be easily retrieved and used. It can be widely used in outpatient clinics and wards by reducing the data input and increasing the utilization ratio. In the future, it will be further connected to the Internet and complement each other with the hypokalemia network diagnosis platform, so as to realize the sharing of network resources.
