【摘要】：目的了解城鄉(xiāng)居民高血壓和Ⅱ型糖尿病患者隨訪服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀。方法收集2013年遼寧省城鄉(xiāng)居民健康檔案信息并進(jìn)行整理,對高血壓和Ⅱ型糖尿病隨訪服務(wù)及用藥情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果高血壓和Ⅱ型糖尿病隨訪服務(wù)中,農(nóng)村地區(qū)高血壓隨訪服務(wù)人數(shù)(64.14%)高于城市(35.70%);農(nóng)村地區(qū)高血壓隨訪用藥僅服用1種者占53.23%,不用藥者占39.30%;農(nóng)村地區(qū)Ⅱ型糖尿病隨訪服務(wù)人數(shù)(52.03%)高于城市(47.84%),農(nóng)村地區(qū)Ⅱ型糖尿病隨訪服藥僅用1種者占51.69%,不用藥者占42.39%;高血壓和Ⅱ型糖尿病患者以41~65歲為主,7~17歲有早發(fā)高血壓和Ⅱ型糖尿病傾向。結(jié)論在高血壓和Ⅱ型糖尿病隨訪服務(wù)中,農(nóng)村隨訪人數(shù)高于城市,農(nóng)村用藥人數(shù)低于城市,7~17歲有早發(fā)高血壓和Ⅱ型糖尿病傾向。
