【摘要】：糖尿病認(rèn)知功能障礙臨床表現(xiàn)為視覺空間能力下降、執(zhí)行功能減退、精神活動速度和注意力及抽象邏輯推理下降等。認(rèn)知功能障礙是不可逆的。進(jìn)行及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地評估和診斷,早期發(fā)現(xiàn)和干預(yù)以延緩疾病進(jìn)展尤為關(guān)鍵。認(rèn)知評估量表在糖尿病認(rèn)知功能障礙篩查中起重要作用。本文就國內(nèi)外認(rèn)知評估量表在糖尿病認(rèn)知功能障礙篩查中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The clinical manifestations of diabetes cognitive dysfunction include decreased visual spatial ability, decreased executive function, decreased mental activity, attention and abstract logic reasoning. Cognitive impairment is irreversible. Timely and accurate assessment and diagnosis, early detection and intervention to slow the progress of the disease are critical. Cognitive assessment scale plays an important role in the screening of diabetes cognitive dysfunction. This article reviews the application of cognitive assessment scale in diabetes mellitus cognitive impairment screening at home and abroad.
