【摘要】：由癌癥導(dǎo)致的卵巢功能早衰(POF)現(xiàn)狀越發(fā)嚴峻,卵巢保護和卵巢凍融移植是目前有望恢復(fù)生殖和內(nèi)分泌功能的最理想方法,如何保護卵巢功能成為國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究重點。這其中包括促性腺激素(GnRH)類似物、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)和血管生成素(Ang)等不同物質(zhì)的探索。本文就如何保護卵巢功能進行綜述。
[Abstract]:The status quo of ovarian premature failure caused by cancer is becoming more and more serious. Ovarian protection and ovarian freezing and thawing transplantation are the most ideal methods to restore reproductive and endocrine functions. How to protect ovarian function has become the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. These include the exploration of gonadotropin (GnRH) analogue, anti-Muller tube hormone (AMH) and angiopoietin (Angiopoiesis). This article reviews how to protect ovarian function.
